The gift of Reiki
The gentle art of Reiki draws on universal life energy to benefit persons of any age and in any state of health. It offers comfort, relaxation, and support for the good health and balance of your mind, body and emotions.

What is a Reiki session?
During a Reiki session, the recipient lies fully dressed, on a massage table while the practitioner gently channels the healing energy through her/his hands. The recipient will feel a wonderful warmth and gentle energy that is very relaxing and nurturing. The energy will flow through the practitioner, but not from the practitioner to you. You will receive the amount of energy you need to bring your mind and body into balance. The Reiki energy will stay with the recipient to promote healing for 3 to 7 days.

The effects of Reiki vary from individual to individual, most of my clients experience deep relaxation. They also perceive a tingling or pulsing sensation, a feeling of warmth and comfort. Results are sometimes subtle. Some of my clients say they feel little during the session, but afterwards enjoy a sense of calm and well-being, and a deep restful sleep. It is possible you'll experience powerful sensations or emotions during or after a session.

Reiki in Health Care
Used by a rapidly growing number of hospitals and clinics all over the world, Reiki complements medical treatment, natural therapies, and massage therapy.

   A session is usually 30 to 60 minutes long. A discussion will usually take place during your first session.A personal/medical history will be taken and the session will be described. You will have the opportunity to discuss any particular problems or issues you are experiencing as well as what you are hoping to achieve from the session.

Pricing varies depending on the length of the session. Cost $30 to $60. Distance Healing offered via webcam using Skype.
